Patrick Dempsey Shares His Thoughts On Shonda Rhimes Offing Characters

Oh, the stories the "Grey's Anatomy" set could tell.

From the onset, the medical series has been plagued with off-screen drama with major cast members like Katherine Heigl, T.R. Knight, Isaiah Washington and Chyler Leigh leaving under allegedly strained circumstances.

After Patrick Dempsey's exit toward the end of Season 11, rumors swirled about why creator Shonda Rhimes killed him off despite the fact that the actor admitted he wanted to focus on new projects, racing and his family.

Then, Rhimes revealed on "The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore" that over the course of her storied career she has, in fact, fired an actor because she didn't like them, but refused to name any names, confirming what many fans already believed to be true.

Dempsey, who's gearing up for the release of his new film "Bridget Jones's Baby," finally shared his thoughts on Rhimes' much discussed comments in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"I think she loves being provocative and that’s fine for who she is," he told EW. "That gets people talking about all the stuff that she’s doing. She’s an amazing woman who is incredibly productive. She’s promoting a book. She’s promoting three shows. And she’s emerging as the star of all of these things. I think she knows how to deal with the media and what she needs to say to get the response that she’s looking for. She’s very savvy."

Um, maybe you had to be there, but it seems like there's definitely still some tension between the two. Maybe Dempsey was the actor Rhimes referenced?

The "Can't Buy Me Love" heartthrob also mentioned that he tried not to engage with the media circus surrounding his "Grey's" exit and is excited about this next chapter in his life.

"It’s been an incredible year. The objectives this season with the racing were achieved. It was perfect. Making the transition out of 'Grey’s Anatomy' and focusing 100 percent on the racing made a big difference. It just showed me that you have to concentrate, and not spread everything so much."

I'm just going to put this here.

Justin Theroux Shares First Instagram Of Jennifer Aniston

If you needed further proof that Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston are one of the cutest couples in Hollywood, look no further than Theroux's newly minted Instagram

After joining the social media platform only a week ago, the "Leftovers" actor is already killing the game, accumulating almost 80,000 followers with just 11 posts. In honor of #WomanCrushWednesday, the actor shared a photo of his famous wife (and her shadow) dressed in a flowing Valentino gown with the hashtags #wcw #valentinored #xo.

Take a look below.

The photo was taken at the 2013 Academy Awards, where Aniston presented the award for Best Costume Design

The two tied the knot in a secret wedding this past August, where most of the guests didn't even know they were attending a wedding until the ceremony began.

Theroux recently revealed that one of the secrets to his happy marriage is complimenting his wife. The 44-year-old actor told Entertainment Tonight that he constantly tells Aniston that "she's beautiful."

"Not to be corny, but it's true," he added. "So I constantly say that."

Well, considering Theroux's studly first Instagram post, we bet Aniston returns the favor.

This Adele And 'Captain America' Mashup Is Giving Us All The Feels

It's official: Adele makes everything better.

Vimeo user Anthony Meadows has given us the mashup we never knew we wanted, but now can't live without -- "Captain America: Civil War" set to Adele's smash hit "Hello." The first trailer for the third installment in Cap's solo franchise debuted last week and we've already worn our trackpads down with repeat viewings (The Black Panther! A flying Scarlet Witch! Black Widow's new wig!).

It only makes sense that Meadows would combine the two biggest pop culture phenomenons out there into one glorious amalgam called "The Civil War Bromance Version."

Can't Captain America and Iron Man just work out their issues with a good old-fashioned Adele sob fest like the rest of us? We're pretty sure that would solve most of the world's problems.
